Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner's testimony has paid off!

On Wednesday's edition of Live From E!, Arlene Santana, Marc Malkin and Ali Fedotowsky discussed California's newest law meant to deter photogs from getting too close to the children of famous folks.

With help from E!'s Senior Production Counselor, Bryan Tallevi, we're able to get a better sense on what changes Senate Bill 606 could bring to both the paparazzi and famous youngsters.

According to Bryan, the bill will add to the existing harassment law in California. However, it won't prevent paparazzi from taking shots of children, even if the parents say no.

Also on today's show, the roundtable discussed Kate Gosselin's latest allegations against ex-husband Jon Gosselin.

Last month, Kate filed a complaint alleging that Jon stole a hard drive from her house and used the information contained in it to hack into her personal computer and cell phone in order to give information to an author who was writing a tell-all.

During her appearance on NBC's Today show, the former TLC reality star discussed the impact it had on her life. "Actually, I've lost a lot of employment opportunities over the rumor mill circulating false stuff," she told Savannah Guthrie. "The most unexpected and disappointing thing is who was at the center of it."

Finally, the panel covered Nicki Minaj's latest wardrobe malfunction.

While strolling through the back lot of the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the former American Idol judge had a little nip slip while wearing an unbuttoned jacket.

Minaj wasn't aware of the slip-up until followers started commenting on her Instagram post. Talk about a big oops!
