There's no doubt Kyle Richards makes staying fit in her forties look easy!

With four children and a busy schedule filming the Real Housewives of Beverly Hill, the brunette beauty nevertheless manages to look slim at the many charity galas and red carpet events she attends in form-fitting cocktail dresses.

But the reality television star assures us that it does in fact take a lot of work to rock a camera-ready figure at all times.

"I am working out three days a week with my trainer," she told E! News when asked about her bangin' body. "And I'm just trying to eat really well."

But for those of us who don't have a Beverly Hills budget, Richards recommends grabbing a couple of gal pals and working up a sweat.

"On the other days, [I'm] trying to hike with my mommy friends and do yoga and do whatever I can," she said while at Tuesday night's Christmas at The Abbey event in West Hollywood.

Indeed, we spotted her hiking with friend—and sometimes frenemy—Brandi Glanville not too long ago at Los Angeles' Runyon Canyon, where each woman accessorized her workout outfit with a designer bag.

Because on top of making staying fit look easy, Richards also makes it look pretty fabulous!
