The military-style outfit's built-in belt also accented her waistline and tan pumps completed the very flattering look.
Kim was joined by sister Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick and pal Blac Chyna at Stanley's Restaurant in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
While the 32-year-old E! star remained preoccupied by motherhood for most of the summer, Kim has recently been edging back into the public eye.
She tweeted pics while shooting a Kardashian family Christmas special, and just yesterday she unveiled the ad for her latest signature fragrance, Pure Honey.
Kim has also been enjoying date nights with Kanye West, who gave loving props to his lady in a new interview with BBC Radio 1.
"She gave me everything, she gave me family, she gave me a support system," he said about Kim.
Kanye also expressed appreciation for Kim's independence, saying, "She was in a powerful enough situation where she could love me without asking me for money, which is really hard for me to find."
