The 17-year-old nearly stole the show (or at least the red carpet) with her gorgeous ensemble.
Ireland wowed in a nude Amanda Wakeley Atelier dress with Asos shoes and a matching clutch.
She joined her 55-year-old dad, who was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his memorable work on 30 Rock.
And Alec didn't look so bad himself—in fact, he cleaned up pretty well!
The Hollywood star looked dapper (and well-rested, considering he is a new father) in a navy suit.
It appears that his wife Hilaria Thomas was back in New York City taking care of their newborn, Carmen Gabriela.
The two welcomed their first child together in late August, and were absolutely delighted with their addition to the family.
The brunette beauty told Extra previously that the pregnancy was "a surprise, a wonderful surprise."
"It really is the most amazing thing, I'm lucky," Alec also gushed.
And even though she wasn't there at this year's awards show, we're sure she's tuning in to watch her hubby and stepdaughter in all their glory.
