Last night, Sarah Jessica Parker stunned at the New York City Ballet's fall gala by donning not one designer—but two!

The actress showed up in a collaborative ensemble created by both Prabal Gurung and Olivier Theyskens.

So how did they split up the custom look? The trio told E! New's Alicia Quarles that Prabal designed the petal pink satin bustier and Olivier was the mastermind behind her matching silk ball skirt.

As for who's idea the joint effort was in the first place? Prabal says all credit goes to Olivier. "He called me and he was like ‘Do you want to do this together?' and I was like ‘what a brilliant idea!'."

But the Sex and the City star wasn't the only one wearing the duo's pieces. Both designers also created costumes for the presentation at last night's fete, per SJP's request.

Here's hopping we'll be seeing a lot more collaborations from these three soon. Perhaps next year's Met Gala?
