A source exclusively tells E! News that the 20-year-old pop star—who recently pulled the plug on her nearly four-year relationship with the Hunger Games hunk—is "doing good" post-breakup.
"She's excited for everyone to focus on her music when the album launches," the source says of Cyrus, who has been busy promoting her forthcoming album Bangerz, which is slated for release on Oct. 8.
E! News has also learned that the "We Can't Stop" singer is currently back home after her European promo tour and is now preparing for her iHeartRadio performance in Vegas this Saturday, where she'll perform her record-smashing single "Wrecking Ball" for the first time.
Sources close to Camp Cyrus also say the performer had a "crazy" schedule in Europe last week but this week is less demanding for the sassy singer, whose calendar is jam-packed until the release of her heavily hyped album, which features collaborations with Britney Spears, Nelly, Big Sean and more.
After her show this weekend, her next big commitment is Saturday Night Live, on which she'll star as both a musical guest and host on Oct. 5.
And then twerking queen will follow with a Today show concert Oct. 7.
The endless work commitments couldn't come at a better time for the erstwhile Disney star, whose rep confirmed on Monday that the short-haired beauty and her fiancé of 15 months have officially called it quits.
Sources told E! News the split was "Miley's decision, after coming to grips with Liam being what she believed was less than faithful to her."
The insider added that as of Monday, Hemsworth was in the process of finishing his move out of Cyrus' home. Later that evening, he was snapped at the Chateau Marmont with his mother, Leonie, by his side.
In the wake of the split, the 23-year-old Paranoia star has been spending time with Mexican actress and singer Eiza González. He was seen exiting his Los Angeles home with the 23-year-old beauty this week after partying with the stunning star in Vegas over the weekend.
While it's unclear just how single the actor was during his time in Sin City, sources close to the couple exclusively told E! News that Liam had begun the process of moving things out of Miley's Los Angeles home around the time of her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 25.
The source added that their engagement "has been off ever since."
