YouTubeGwyneth Paltrow doesn't mind getting naked.
She's in amazingly hot shape thanks to celeb fitness trainer Tracy Anderson.
"I'm religious about that, so luckily, most of the time, when you ask me to take my clothes off, I'm pretty good to go," Paltrow told me yesterday while promoting her new romantic dramedy Thanks For Sharing.
But not if there are cameras rolling.
Paltrow had to strip down to some very naughty La Perla lingerie in the film to a lap dance to hunky Mark Ruffalo.
"It's embarrassing," she said. "It's really embarrassing."
But she looked so darn good doing it!
"I'm just very strict about my exercise," Paltrow said. "It's still incredibly embarrassing to be in front of a crew…It was crazy."
In the film, Paltrow plays a fitness-obsessed beauty who falls for a recovering sex addict (Ruffalo).

Paltrow smiled, "I will not reveal my secrets."
She did have to study up on sexual secrets for the movie.
"People are in pain and they look outwards for ways to feel better and sometimes they get addicted to that rush of sex," Paltrow said. "It's ever self-destructive behavior."
She told us when the movie premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year that she signed on right away after reading the script.
"And it was just like a couple of weeks in New York in the fall and I could bring my kids," Paltrow said. "I was like, 'OK, let's do it.'"
