Football season is finally underway and the NFL Network's program Thursday Night Football has its theme song!
International award winning actress and recording artist Priyanka Chopra's song "In My City" will serve as the opener for each of the 13 prime-time Thursday Night Games, according to the NFL network.
"'In My City' was my first single, it has a very special place in my heart, and I am beyond excited to bring the amazing energy of the track to the NFL's passionate fans," Priyanka said in a statement.
And we have a behind-the-scenes exclusive look at the filming of the opener!
Stating that she is very "excited," the clip begins with Priyanka getting her makeup done before stepping in front of the camera and lights.
And when she does start filming the theme, the sneak peek alternates between Priyanka wearing an all-black mini ensemble with black platform booties and a "Priyanka" football jersey with the number 13. Priyanka dances and lip-syncs to her track behind a green screen.
"It's all green screen, as you can see," Priyanka says.
All adding to the mystery of what the finished product will look like!
