Now that's a handsome family.

Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria were out enjoying the fine summer weather in NYC today with their barely 3-week-old daughter Carmen Gabriela—and they obligingly held her so as to give us a great view of the infant's face.

Relaxing fountain-side, Alec kept it casual in a polo shirt and jeans and Hilaria looked rather spiffy in heels. Carmen, meanwhile, went for cozy-infant chic in a onesie with feet and a pink and white striped hat to shield her face from the sun.

Carmen, who was born Aug. 23, made her debut on the cover of People last week, but, though mom and dad have been spotted with her carrier and stroller, this is the first time her parents have shown the actual baby off in public.

Also last week, MSNBC announced that Up Late With Alec Baldwin, an hour-long talk show, will start airing Fridays at 10 p.m. on the cable news network in October.

And in other Baldwin Universe news, the tweeting-again Emmy winner revealed today that the Alec Baldwin Foundation donated $25,000 to People for the American Way, a political action group, this week.

Just from the looks (and sound) of things, the father of two is in what we might refer to as a really good place.
