Remember those illustrated images of ‘80s models you would see in every hair and nail salon? Tell us Jessica Pare does not look like she's posing for one of those retro posters.  Not only is her blunt cut hair rocking that forever ‘80s "wet look" but the front of her hair has that bit of lift that was so stylish back then.

The only word we can think of when we look at this Mad Men starlet's makeup is "harsh!" Listen… it's tough for us to bash a red lip, but when said red lip is accompanied by frosty eye shadow and heavily lined eyes we have to call party foul.

Beauty Bailout: We're just going to come out and say it because we feel Jessica needs to hear it: we hate the hair. Not only does it make her look trapped in the ‘80s, but the wetness combined with the severe side part makes her look like her hair is thinning. No bueno.

Jessica needs to throw away the wet gel and hide the straightening iron.  We would have loved to see her cute bob blown out with a large barrel round brush to give it some volume.

To create the voluminous blowout at home, apply a protecting heat-styling product like Redken Satinwear 02 Ultimate Blow-Dry Lotion to damp hair. Then starting with the front, dry hair in sections, curling under, blowing out until smooth.

Once hair is blown out, curl the ends under with the large barrel brush and blast with hot air and then cool air to set. Finish by misting with a light hold anti-humidity hairspray like Alterna Bamboo Smooth Anti-Humidity Hairspray.

As for Jessica's makeup, we would take this look down a couple notches and give her a softer, more feminine look. For her eyes, we would keep the black winged eyeliner on her upper lash line but get rid of the eyeliner along her lower lash line and waterline.

We would certainly scrap that frosty sparkly eye shadow. Instead we would apply a subtle taupe like Laura Mercier Eye Colour in Topaz to her eyelids, which would make Jessica's green eyes pop.

Rather than contouring the starlet's cheekbones (Jessica's sky-high cheekbones don't need the extra lift) we would warm up her skin by applying a warm pink blush like Kat Von D Everlasting Blush in Por Vida to the apples of her cheeks.

As much as it pains us to replace a fiery red lip, in this case we feel it's a must. The red is just too harsh against her pale skin and dark hair. We would still opt for bold and bright but switch to a longwearing fuchsia lipstick like Maybelline ColorSensational Vivids in Fuchsia Flash, which would warm up her face but still add the right dose of drama.

We feel like every time we see Jessica Pare on the red carpet she just can't seem to get the decade right. It's like being on the set of Mad Men has messed with her ability to dress for the right time. We're not saying she needs to stick to this decade, but at least choose a more flattering one! We already know she rocks the ‘60s like no other on Mad Men… Perhaps she can bring some of Mrs. Draper's magic to the red carpet?  Or try the ‘20s? How cute would she look in pin curls?  We're just sayin'… NO MORE ‘80s!!
