Almost a year (to the day) after announcing their split, Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif are able to put their divorce behind them.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars released a joint statement today regarding their status with their separation, stating that they "reached an agreement on all outstanding issues related to our divorce settlement and all pending litigation," and are now focusing only on the their sons, Gavin and twins, Collin and Christian.

"Our first priority is our children's' well-being and happiness. As their parents and advocates that is our goal. Our children are our most important treasures and need to be treated with the respect and privacy they deserve. We're happy to be moving forward with our lives in a positive way not only individually but as co-parents," the statement continued.

"This is a new beginning for each of us. Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible. We appreciate the good wishes we continue to receive from our supporters around the world."

On Aug. 28, 2012, E! News confirmed that Nassif filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. The news came less than a month after the plastic surgeon filed for legal separation following 10 years of marriage.

The reality-TV couple reportedly had a prenup, which is expected to safeguard Maloof's estimated $300 million fortune.

Maloof broke her silence about the split shortly afterward, telling E! News, "It's been tough, it's been trying," and noted that watching the breakdown of her marriage on the small screen was not something she was looking forward to.

"It's always difficult," she said. "Even if you've had those relationships that have been difficult before and you've maybe mended those relationships, it's tough to relive it. That's what makes it difficult."

The RHOBH star began dating 32-year-old Sean Stewart in January, six months after Nassif filed for divorce. The duo split for a short period of time in March before rekindling their romance.
