Good news for Domino magazine devotees!
According to Women's Wear Daily, Condé Nast will relaunch the magazine that sparked many a gal's obsession with home décor.
And in addition to its pages full of interior design eye candy, the rebooted glossy is set to return with an e-commerce site—music to our online shopping obsessed ears!
But since we probably should give our credit cards a break, we've rounded up four more reasons we're excited for Domino's return:
1. DIY Gal's Dream: Need to reupholster your chairs? Want to make a padded headboard to match your sheets? No problem! The oh-so-helpful glossy made previously daunting-sounding projects suddenly seem like a breeze with step-by-step guides to revamping our abodes—and we can't wait to see what new projects the editors will have in store for us!
2. Pretty Peeks From Amanda Peet's home to Gwen Stefani's office, the magazine gave us fab behind-the-scenes shots of our fave celebs' spaces. We're already itching to see what amazing celeb interiors they treat us to this time around.
3. Fashionista Friendly: As the sister magazine to Lucky, Domino definitely presented home décor in a way that was palatable to the fashion-obsessed gal. Not only were the products easily shoppable, but the editors made sure to include a range of styles that suited everyone from the boho babe to the glamour gal.
5. Affordable Updates: Sure, Architectural Digest and Elle Décor offer peeks at gorgeous homes, but we'd have to break the bank to achieve a similar look to many of the swanky manses featured on their pages. Domino was the décor mag for a younger generation of design fanatics—who often had to feed their fascination with furnishings on a budget. We're eager to welcome back wallet-friendly inspiration!
