Fans know him as the face of Atlantis Cable News delivering all the hard-hitting stories on HBO's The Newsroom.

But on Chelsea LatelyJeff Daniels shared an activity he loves to do that doesn't require any teleprompters or scripts. The actor loves to pack his clubs and enjoy a round of golf.

"I'm not bad. Got a hole in one like 10 days ago," Daniels admitted to Chelsea Handler.

Before sounding too impressive, the actor reminded the host, "Anyone can really do it."

Something that is super impressive is the star's lengthy acting career. Daniels reminisced about his high school production that proved he had a few more acting chops than the average guy.

When he was cast to play Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, Daniels admits he didn't know everything about his character.

"I didn't have a clue as to what a Jew was," Daniels said. "I didn't know what that meant."

With some help from an unlikely source (watch the clip to find out!), Daniels was able to nail the role and wow the crowd in no time. Bravo, Mr. Daniels!
