Céline Dion might be singing a happy tune soon if she manages to sell her Florida home for its astronomical listing price!
The singer recently put her Juniper Island estate on the market for a whopping $72.5 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
And at that price, you better believe the crooner's tony property packs some serious perks.
Like a water park.
Yep, looks like Dion and her family enjoyed a little fun, thanks to the estate's two connecting pools, which featured slides, a lazy river and watergun stations. A third pool offered views of the Atlantic Ocean, you know, in case water parks just aren't your thing.
Additionally, the sprawling 5.7-acre property includes such fab features as vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet with a handy automated clothing rack and two decks—one complete with a hot tub—for enjoying the sunny weather.
But before you become too envious of the singer, you might feel a bit better knowing that she rarely had the time to enjoy her lavish estate, which is part of the reason she decided to put it on the market.
"The property is currently underutilized," Dion's rep tole E! News. "Due to an intensive performance schedule, especially in Las Vegas and around the world over the next five years, the family will not be able to spend much time in Florida. They will base themselves in Las Vegas."
