She may be 55, but the Queen of Pop proved she still can keep up with the times as she rocked some glittering choppers when she turned up Wednesday for the opening of her Hard Candy fitness studio chain in Rome.
Arriving at the Colosseo gym for what was ostensibly a quick tour of the facility, per the UK's Daily Mail, Madonna donned a black minidress, black tights and fingerless leather gloves to go along with the shiny new mouth piece, which is said to be detachable and encrusted with 24 diamonds.
Needless to say this isn't the first time the Material Girl has made the toothy fashion statement.
A couple of months ago, Madonna took to her Instagram page to give fans a taste of the new accessory, writing, "Don't hate me. Hate my #grilz."
The "Vogue" singer has been lying low for the most part since wrapping last year's sold-out MDNA tour, which ranks as the ninth highest-grossing trek of all time with $305 million in ticket sales. However, she is gearing up to release a DVD concert film of the jaunt in Sept. 10.
Madonna, of course, has long been a vocal supporter of gay rights and in June added her voice to the chorus of celebs praising the Supreme Court's rulings on DOMA and Prop 8 when she wrote, "There is a G-D! Justice is served. Hallelujah!"
