On Monday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed exclusively to E! News that she and her hubby, Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, are expecting twins.
And now, she's ready to give the world their first peep at the duo.
The 35-year-old mom shares an exclusive sonogram of the twins, on which she emblazoned the word: "BABIES!!!!!" (Yep, five exclamation points there.)
The twosome will be joining the big and bouncing Biermann-Zolciak brood: Kim and Kroy have two sons together—Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash, 1—and Kim has two daughters from previous relationships whom Kroy recently adopted: Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12.
"I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited," Kim told E! News. "I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised."
As overwhelming as the news was, Kim said she couldn't be happier. "I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It's going to be very busy, but it's a dream come true."
She's also proudly flaunting her blossoming silhouette: Last month, she tweeted a photo showing her cradling her baby bump while at the gym.
Kim and Kroy tied in the knot in November 2011, and Kim announced her pregnancy in June on the season finale of her Bravo show Don't Be Tardy—but only after taking no fewer than a dozen at-home pregnancy tests.
