Heidi Fleiss is, once again, making headlines.

The former "Hollywood Madam" faces multiple charges after 392 marijuana plants were discovered at her home in Nevada.

According to the Nye County Sheriff's Department, officers went to Fleiss' residence last week in search of another woman wanted for arrest when they made the pot discovery.

Fleiss told the officers she was growing the marijuana to sell to a cooperative in Las Vegas, but admitted she did not have a license to do so, police said.

The 47-year-old was not arrested "due to the fact that she has approximately $200,000 worth of exotic birds in the residence plus she gave us consent to search without a warrant and was very cooperative throughout the investigation," according to a news release issued by the Nye County Sheriff's Office.

However, Fleiss was charged with one count of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a residence where drugs are sold and conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substances Act.

Fleiss was nicknamed the "Hollywood Madam" back in the 1990s for providing Tinseltown's rich and famous with call girls. She eventually served nearly two years in prison for conspiracy, tax evasion and money laundering.
