David Beckham is certainly no couch potato, but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy kicking back and relaxing in front of the TV.

In a behind-the-scenes clip from his Sky Sports commercial, the 38-year-old retired soccer stud reveals a lot about what kind of entertainment the Beckham family likes.

First off, David says that, understandably, that Romeo, Cruz, Brooklyn and presumably even little Harper "watch a lot of the kids' shows," but he and Victoria "are into watching Modern Family or the U.S. Office. You know, things like that."

Now, if you should ever be so lucky to hang out at Casa de Beckham, don't you dare try and change the channel. "I'm in control of the remote control," David says, "unless one of the boys is in the living room, then that's a whole different story. But they know daddy's in control of the remote."

Mr. Beckham is also "into tennis," and 'likes to watch golf" on the small screen. "Obviously basketball when it's on, but it's usually on at early hours," he adds. "But most of the time I'm watching the football, of course."

And if somehow, some way, some wonderful scientist was able to create multiple David Beckhams (calling dibs on one now!), the dad of four says he'd have one clone "that was constantly there with the kids every single day."

"I'm there with them most of the time," he adds. "But to be there for each school event or each football game, I think that would be the best thing…The kids are playing different games on the same day, so it's hard to get to all of them at the same time obviously."

And for the money question: Does David prefer One Direction or Jay Z? The boy band is "great," but Becks says he's "a huge Jay Z fan, so I have to pick Jay Z."

Those 1D boys shouldn't feel too bad, though. It'd be pretty hard to win out over Hova.
