Toni Collette's 3 Rules for a Healthy Mind and Body

Actress offers her best advice for staying fit and making the most of warm weather

Fall is fast approaching, but that doesn't mean that you have to part ways with your summer state of mind.

We stopped Toni Collette on the red carpet at the New York screening of The Way, Way Back and asked the gorgeous actress how she keeps her hot body looking right all year round.

Here's what she shared:

1.Take Care of Yourself from the Inside Out: "I always make sure I drink lots of water, exercise and eat well," she told us. We couldn't agree more! Nourishing your body with plenty of nutrient-rich fruits and veggies will keep you skin glowing, even when the temperatures drop.

2. Protect Your Skin: "I have a rule in the summer that there are are no rules! I do wear sunscreen, though, and I believe in being naked as often as possible. You should also wear sunscreen when you're naked, too."

3. Stay Active: "When I think of summer I think of being free. It's a time for letting loose, no schedules, lots of swimming and being with friends and family," the Enough Said star explained. "I feel really fit at the moment. I make sure I do cardio most days and I am a big fan of Pilates and yoga, so I do a combination of both."
