Nashville Season 2 First Look: Juliette Is Very Inconvenienced by Rayna's Coma

In the new promo, Gunnar is kissing someone who isn't Scarlett

Ugh, don't you hate when your musical rival gets into a car crash and goes into a coma from which she may never wake?

Such is the dilemma facing Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) in this first look at Nashville's second season. After the brutal season-finale car accident, Rayna (Connie Britton) is now dangling toward death and leaving her loved ones (Deacon included) desperately waiting for her to wake up.

But good ol' Juliette is only worried about having to compete with a "saint in a coma," because as you'll see in the promo, fans are mourning their queen of country music, and Juliette isn't too happy about that. Plus, Gunnar (Sam Palladio) is locking lips with someone who isn't Scarlett (Clare Bowen)!
