The Scandal star's pale pink mini is covered in what looks like a series of little scribbles. We spy several pairs of lips, some bright red hearts, odd-shaped crystals, and are those mini matchsticks?? Is there some kind of hidden message among the material? Something about love lighting lips?
Upon closer glance these little pictures are actually little embroideries carefully sewn around the dress. We love how the raised fabric gives the otherwise simple style some dimension along with the fun little details.
So message or no message, this look screams fun, which is just what the stressed out TV "fixer" needs in her off-screen life. We give it two thumbs up! What's your take?
