The late night host isn't the only celeb who's had some assistance bringing a little one into the world, though.
Take a look at five more stars who used surrogates.
1. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban: The superstar couple welcomed daughter Faith in December 2010 via gestational carrier.
"The love I felt for our gestational carrier...she was the most wonderful woman to do this for us," Kidman told Australia's 60 Minutes. "We were in a place of desperately wanting another child and this opportunity arose for us, and I couldn't get pregnant and we wanted another baby. I get emotional talking about it, because I'm so grateful to her."
2. Giuliana and Bill Rancic: The Giuliana & Bill stars welcomed their baby boy, Edward Duke in August 2012 via gestational carrier, after Giuliana battled infertility issues and breast cancer.
"Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives," Giuliana told E! News at the time. "Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"
3. Elizabeth Banks: The What to Expect When You're Expecting actress and her hubby Max Handelman used a gestational carrier for both of their sons, Felix and Magnus, who they welcomed in March 2011 and November 2012, respectively.
"Like Felix, Magnus was born via gestational surrogate," Banks said on her site at the time. "This experience has exceeded all expectations, taught us a great deal about generosity and gratitude, and established a relationship that will last a lifetime."
4. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick used a surrogate for their twins Tabitha and Loretta, who were born in June 2009.
The Sex and the City star had nothing but high praise for her surrogate, telling Access Hollywood, their surrogate was "strong, bright, independent, thoughtful, caring, gracious and generous."
5. Katey Sagal: After tying the knot with producer Kurt Sutter in 2004, the then 50-year-old actress later decided she wanted to have another child. The couple welcomed their daughter Esme Louise in January 2007 via surrogate.
"I'd had some medical issues after the birth of my other two children, so I was unable to carry a child, so we were always looking at alternative approaches," she told OK! magazine in 2007.
