Get ready Little Monsters!

Lady Gaga's single "Applause" is almost ready for public consumption and the singer has started a countdown for her most devoted fans.

"Applause 8.19 #14days" she wrote on her Twitter.

And if that wasn't enough to get everyone hyped up for the pop icon's new music, she's been releasing behind-the-scenes pics on the social media site for all to see.

In one shot, she appears to be in the studio working on Artpop with the band She Wants Revenge.

Gaga introduced the band in a caption on the photo and was wearing a relatively risqué outfit for her recording session. Although, is that all that surprising?

Donning a pair of high-waisted jean shorts and her favorite black bra, Mother Monster laid down the finishing touches on a track off of her forthcoming album.

But wait, that's not all!

She also posted a new photo of herself holding a prosthetic hand (which seems to be a theme for the new album) and wearing her trademark higher-than-high platforms.

Gaga's rocking a darker and large 'do in the promo pic, and appears to only be wearing a pair of black trousers.

She previously let the cat out of the bag by releasing a chunk of lyrics (presumably the chorus) to her future single.

"Give me that thing that I love/ Put your hands up/ Make 'em touch/ A-P-P-L-A-U-S-E"

When fans asked for clarification on what the app entails, and how to ensure that they snag themselves a copy, the 27-year-old was quick to answer all their questions and concerns.

"The APP is in essence, an interactive jewel case," she explained. "The ARTPOP app is Free, available in App Stores on your device. You can purchase the music through the ARTPOP app once it's downloaded."

"Or you can purchase the album at the music store+download the free app separately at the app store," she added.

Gagapalooza is almost here!
