The drama doesn't seem to end for Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice.
She and her husband Joe were each released on $500,000 bail earlier today after appearing in federal court in Newark, N.J.
Teresa's attorney, Henry Klingman tells E! News that "it's been a difficult few days" for his client, "but she's been resolute."
"She's tending to her kids and dealing with this like a grownup."
The two currently have separate legal representation, which according to Klingman, isn't unusual.
"It's almost invariably true that in federal criminal cases such as this one, the judge requires each defendant to have their own attorney. It reflects the ethical rules so the lawyers avoid conflicts of interest."
He added, "Even if people are on the same page like a husband and wife, they could theoretically go in different directions at some point in the future."
So could he be hinting at the Bravo couple parting ways soon, or just explaining the legal conduct in trials like this? We'll leave that up to you to decide.
The reality couple, who have been accused of conspiring to defraud lenders, illegally obtaining mortgages and other loans and allegedly trying to shield their assets during a bankruptcy case, were told the major charges from Monday's 39-count indictment against them.

They have yet to enter pleas to these charges, but Teresa is expected to plead not guilty at the arraignment hearing Aug. 14, according to her attorney.
It was a busy day for the mother of four. Teresa was spotted leaving Saint Joseph's Ambulatory Care with a nurse and daughter Melania on her arm shortly after she appeared in court.
And while most of her fellow Housewives are remaining quiet about the recent events, former cast member and current friend Dina Manzo has taken to Twitter to send her thoughts and well wishes.
"Keeping a friend in my prayers tonight…This too shall pass xo," she wrote.
