Kristin Cavallari has a lot on her plate these days, including a nearly year-old son who's walking and won't sit still.

But she and her hubby, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, might be ready for another helping!

"Baby No. 2," she mused when E! News asked whether she and Cutler were gearing up for the proverbial family "game-changer."

"We are both ready for baby No. 2," Cavallari said while promoting her first ever collection for Junk Food and NFL Women's Apparel, which will debut at STYLE360 during New York Fashion Week. "I don't have any announcement today, that's for sure, but we're gettin' there."

Sounds as if married life is going well, then?

"Married life is great," Cavallari gushed. "To be honest it feels the exact same...Once you live together and have a baby together, not a whole lot changes. But it's been great and we're really enjoying it. I have an additional ring on my finger, yes."

Camden, who will be 1 on Aug. 8, is doing "great," said the proud mom. "He's almost a year, which is crazy, it flies by. He started walking at 10 1/2 months and he is all over the place, so there is no such thing as sitting still anymore."

Cavallari acknowledged that it's tough being three places at once: Chicago, where Cutler plays; Nashville, where they have a home; and Los Angeles, where she often works.

"The hardest part of everything is the flying back and forth...Luckily, Camden is an awesome flyer and he comes with me most of the time," she said. "We have a lot of family around in Chicago, which helps a lot, and Jay's parents love babysitting overnight, so that's come in handy."

She and Cutler quietly swapped vows in Nashville on June 7, a day before about 150 guests joined them for their ceremony at Woodmont Christian Church and a rustic reception at a big historic warehouse, with a live band and Southern comfort food.

They honeymooned in Italy, which "was awesome," Cavallari told us. "I ate and drank for two weeks straight. It was great."
