The birthday girl also blew out candles on a fabulous birthday cake decorated festively with pink bows and beauty products, making for a fun-filled event for everyone in attendance.

Justin Bieber's on-again-off-again ladylove paired a cropped knit gray blazer with a lace overlay tank with distressed skinny jeans for a sweet-meets-sexy ensemble that won't break the bank.
She added a subtle dose of luxury to her look with classic black pumps by Christian Louboutin, and flaunted a glossy coral red lip for extra oomph.
