You can bet Hugh Jackman is very familiar with young fans approaching him and expecting him to be his Wolverine alter ego in real life.

"Yeah, I do get used to it," Jackman admitted to E! News recently. "I get used to little kids, it's the sweetest. Little six-year-old, seven-year-olds, when they meet me, all they do is look at my arms."

The Aussie actor jokes that he "absolutely" messes with the kids he meets. "I scare them," he said. "I say, ‘Back off kid. Back off now.' Is that wrong?"

Meanwhile, Jackman is taking his Broadway stage show Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway to L.A. The 44-year-old is set to hit the stage for a one-night show in October.

But could Jackman ever see himself in a stage production of Wolverine? "The musical?" he asked, before breaking out into song, "I'm gonna slice ‘em!"

"I can't see it," he added of the idea. "It's not going to happen. Not with me in it, anyway.
