Prince George's grandparents met the newborn royal baby for the first time on Tuesday, and not surprisingly, they all seemed to fall in love with him right away.

But as Prince William and Kate Middleton raise their precious prince in the years to come, will the royal Windsors or commoner Middletons have more influence on his life? Well, luckily for this young Brit, royal experts predict that the future King of England will get the best of both worlds.

"The Middleton influence on this child will be undoubtedly quite strong," Sally Bedell Smith, author of Elizabeth the Queen: The Life of a Modern Monarch told Today Wednesday. "Over the years that he has been with Kate, William has been able to go there [to Michael and Carole Middleton's home in Bucklebury] and enjoy an ordinary, middle-class family life. His children will be able to do the same."

Today royal contributor Camilla Tominey agreed, saying Kate's mum "will be instrumental" her grandson's upbringing.

Of course, given that William and Kate's firstborn is third in line to the throne, his royal ties to grandfather Prince Charles and his wife Camilla Duchess of Cornwall will be strong. "We know that Prince Charles is a doting father," said Tominey. "He perhaps didn't get the credit that he deserved when William and Harry were being brought up—that went to Diana. But he's going to be there."

Fortunately, Kate and Wills both seem to get along well with the in-laws, and we have a feeling the royal baby will, too. And if ever Prince George needs a break from mum and dad and the grandparents, there's always Auntie Pippa and Uncle Harry!
