The 2,400-square-foot home, located in the Broad Beach neighborhood of Malibu, Calif., sits on a 10,000-square-foot lot. The property will go for a whopping $45,000 a month, which clocks in at $540,000 for a year-long lease. However, that price is flexible—the pad can be rented for as low as $19,500 a month if a long-term lease agreement is reached.
The house, which features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offers multiple views of the Pacific Ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows that also provide the chic interior rooms with natural light. Hardwood floors and a wood ceiling give the space a rustic-meets-beach-modern feel. A large outdoor deck is available for entertaining and relaxation.
Cindy and husband Rande Gerber won't be without the Malibu sun for long: The couple owns a four-home compound nearby. Crawford, Gerber and their two children, son Presley and Cindy's look-alike daughter Kaia, are regulars in the neighborhood—often spotted stocking up on goods at the local farmers market.
