It's about that time!

Kate Middleton has gone into labor, and as the world awaits the birth of her and Prince William's first child at St. Mary's Hospital in London, Kensington Palace, many are reminded of some of the other notable royal births throughout the years.

So before Will & Kate's future prince or princess graces us with his or her presence, let's take a look back at the numbers for previous royal births.

Princess Anne then gave birth to her two children, a son Peter Phillips in 1977 at 10:46 a.m., weighing 7 pounds and 9 ounces, and her daughter Zara Phillips in 1981 at 8:15 p.m., weighing 8 pounds and 1 ounce.

Soon-to-be father Prince William was born in 1982 at 9:03 p.m. and weighed 7 pounds and 1.5 ounces. Two years later in 1984, Wills became a big brother to Prince Harry, who was born at 4:20 p.m., weighing 6 pounds and 14 ounces.

In 1988, Prince Andrew's first child was born. His daughter Princess Beatrice was welcomed into the world at 8:18 p.m. and weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces. His second daughter, Princess Eugenie, was born in 1990 at 7:58 p.m., weighing 7 pounds and 1.5 ounces.

Prince Edward became a father in 2003 when his little girl Lady Louise was born. His daughter entered the world at 11:32 p.m., weighing 4 pounds and 9 ounces. In 2007, his son, James, Viscount Severn was born at 4:20 p.m. and weighed 6 pounds and 2 ounces.

Kensington Palace confirmed Kate entered the hospital shortly before 6 a.m. local time and went into labor naturally.
