The crowd wanted a scare this weekend.
Viewers were eager to follow the journey of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, who were working to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in their farmhouse in The Conjuring, making the newly released thriller the No. 1 movie at the box office this weekend.
