Scarlett Johansson Sells Her Hollywood Condo for $470,000

Actress makes huge profit on her one-bedroom pad

Not all celebs shack up in mega mansions.

Take Scarlett Johansson for instance. Since 2003, the star has owned a one-bedroom condo in the Hollywood Versailles Tower—the perfect place to crash while working on films in Los Angeles.

After a decade of dwelling in the space the actress decided to give up her flat, putting the pad on the market for $425,000 in May.

Apparently the 1,148 square foot digs were highly coveted or at the very least someone really wanted to have the opportunity to live where the Tony Award winner once did.

Although she only dropped $372,000 for the space she ended up selling the condo for $470,000—that's almost a $100,000 profit!

Pretty great for a modest two-bath unit that features hardwood floors, marble countertops and views of the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory, and downtown L.A.

So where will Scarlett reside now?

Most recently, the Avengers star has been spending most of her time in New York City, where she is also currently filming the action flick's sequel with Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr.

With the sale of her L.A. pad it seems like the Broadway star is finally going to make the Big Apple her permanent home.
