Place your bids, fashionistas!

If you want to own a priceless piece of iconic designer history, now's your chance.

The stunning mansion owned by the late Gianni Versace is currently up for auction, with bids starting this September at a mere $25 million.

No big deal.

The impressive pad, which was also the location of Versace's tragic murder in 1997, was actually once listed for a cool $125 million, so the starting bid for the swanky digs is totally a steal.

Wondering what this seaside South Beach estate has to offer?

A whole lot of luxury, for starters! The 23,000 square-foot residence boasts 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, plus a flashy 54-foot long mosaic pool lined in 24-karat gold.

Yes, really!

We have a feeling weekend pool parties (complete with Versace swimwear) will totally be in order for the new homeowners of this one.

The sparkling palace also has gorgeous seaside views, endless frescoes, statues arched doorways and more—making for a truly indulgent living experience!

After all, who wouldn't want to live in a decadent Italian fashion mansion?

While we have yet to hear of any leads on who might snap up the impressive space, we do know that countless celebs like Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, January Jones, Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow are just a few loyal fans of the iconic designer label.

Additionally, according to New York Daily News, the sprawling property served as a major tourist attraction for the area and had even previously been operating as a 10-room boutique hotel for several years before a bankruptcy court mandated a sale on the home earlier this year.

To note, there must be something in the air when it comes to fashion and real estate right now.

Several other properties owned by fashion moguls are also currently on the market including homes owned by Manny Mashouf of Bebe, Armand Marciano of Guess? and Luca Formilli Fendi of luxury fashion house Fendi.
