InstagramJessica Alba isn't afraid to go au naturel.
In fact, for the last three days the actress has happily posted sweaty, makeup-free pictures on her Instagram account.
The post-workout pictures are part of her "#motivated2work" fitness routine. On Day 1, Monday, the actress explained: "#8am #workout –gotta stick with it all week. Will you join me? I'd love to see your pics."
Naturally the star already had one participant: Cash Warren. On the second day she shared a photo of her husband running on a treadmill.
That same day Alba posted a close up shot with the caption: "Aren't u supposed to feel better after a #workout"
Despite her exhausted expression the star was positively glowing—literally. Her complexion was rosey and flawless and even her hairstyle looked cute in a top knot with a brightly colored headband.
But the actress wasn't done yet. Today she posted another makeup-free selfie. In it the star seems to have gotten her groove back. Grinning, she happily flashes a thumbs up in the mirror while sitting on a treadmill.
Only two years earlier the star admitted that she wasn't a big fan of fitness.
"It's hard to get motivated," she told Lucky magazine in 2011. "In the gym, I have like five things to distract me: TV, iPod, magazines. Working partners are good, too, so you can chat and not just drown in your own misery. Sorry, does that sound bad? I just hate working out."
Seems like she's turning over a new leaf.
With only two more days to go in her fitness kick (not counting the weekend), we can't wait to see what the star posts next.
