Have you ever gone been out in public with your significant other, gone in for a kiss and...missed?

Don't worry, it's happened to the best of us…yes, even celebrities. At least your embarrassing PDA moment wasn't caught on camera and blasted all over the Internet! Even though most of these PDA moments were on-target hits, some of them are straight, err, awkward.

Just take Brandi Glanville and Jesse Heiman. You'd think the GoDaddy commercial star would be used to all the attention by now from Hollywood's hottest ladies after locking lips with Bar Refaeli, Jamie Pressly and Maria Menounos. But the actor actually looked taken aback in this caught-on-camera moment where the Bravo star appeared to be licking the his face!

That was a little more than I unexpected," he explained to E! News. "It did take me by surprise. I'm more of a sweet and gentle kisser, so the aggressive tongue and the teeth is a little more than I was wanting, but it's good!"

Even married couples experience awkward PDA moments. Just take Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley. While at lunch one day, Kelley decided to go in a for kiss and Bam! we get another funny face from the actress. Didn't know it was that painful to get some lovin' from your hubby, although we're sure she's just acting. 

And then of course, there's the priceless "cougar rape" moments. At least, that's what Jenny McCarthy called it when she kissed Justin Bieber while grabbing his butt at the 2012 American Music Awards. The Biebs got a little more than expected when he went onstage to accept his award for Favorite Pop/Rock Album. Talk about a double-win!

Last but certainly not least, those downright awkward moments when you show a little (or a lot) more than expected.

While picking up his pregnant wife for a kiss at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, Alec Baldwin accidentally revealed Hilaria's butt to the cameras! And looks like these mishaps run in the fam. The actor's daughter Irelend Baldwin had a little slip of her own (a nip slip, that is) while on vacation with boyfriend Slater Trout in Maui.

We love seeing stars in action, but that's more action than even we could anticipate.
