A Glee convention in London over the weekend wound up becoming an opportunity for fans of the show to gather and mourn the loss of Cory Monteith.
The final day of the three-day event held at Heathrow's Thistle Hotel came just hours after news broke that the 31-year-old actor had died.
As a result, planned activities for Sunday such as singing competitions and autograph sessions with castmembers as Curt Mega and Telly Leung were scrapped so that the approximately 250 Gleeks in attendance could simply come together and remember Monteith, many of whom could be heard chanting "Cory! Cory! Cory!" and belting out songs like "Don't Stop Believin', ABC News reports.
On Saturday, Monteith was found dead at the Fairmont Pacific Hotel in Vancouver after he missed his checkout time. According to authorities, there were no indications of foul play and they are not discussing what was found in the room.

A rep for Monteith told E! News: "We are so saddened to confirm that the reports on the death of Cory Monteith are accurate. We are in shock and mourning the tragic loss."
As are fans, friends, family and costars.
On Sunday afternoon, Glee costar Matthew Morrison dedicated his show to Monteith upon taking the stage at Manhattan's 54 Below.
"You guys came to see a show, I came to perform a show, so that's what we'll do," he reportedly said. "And we'll do it in Cory's honor."
And Selena Gomez, who costarred with Monteith in 2011's Monte Carlo, took to Twitter to share her grief.
"This hurts. I love you Cory. Rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family," she wrote along with a picture of the two of them hugging at the 2011 Kids' Choice Awards.
Meanwhile, a Vancouver Police Department source tells E! News that Monteith's case has been put on the fast track and autopsy results will be released early this week.
"Due to intense public interest, the toxicology will be expedited," says the source, adding that results are expected "in two or three days."
However, a spokeman for the Vancouver Police Department could not confirm exactly when the autopsy results would be disclosed, but did confirm that Monteith's body is currently at the city morgue.
