Mariah Carey is ready to strong-arm her way to good health.

The pop chanteuse has posted a video of herself leaving a New York City hospital after dislocating her shoulder Sunday while shooting her new music video.

And, ever the candid trouper that she is, Nick Cannon's missus was happy to share her path to recovery with her fans.

NEWS: Mariah Carey rushed to hospital with dislocated shoulder

In the clip, the singer—who injured herself while shooting a video for the remix of "#Beautiful," which was being directed by Cannon—is seen being whisked out of the hospital in a wheelchair, her arm in a sling as she gamely tries to make light of her injury.

"Well that was fun," she quips while a nurse pushes her wheelchair. "We're gonna go back to the video," Carey adds, clearly ready to return to work as she gets up to enter a waiting SUV.

She also took to Twitter to provide an update on her recovery.

"Thanks all for the well wishes," she wrote on Thursday. "Still in a lot of pain - cracked rib, fractured shoulder, bruises everywhere, but the show must go on."

That show she's referring to is her scheduled performance Saturday at a concert in Central Park to benefit Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

"In a sling, but will do my best to make it look good w/ the ensemble Sat w/ the NY philharmonic," she tweeted, adding that it was "an amazing honor for such a great cause."

She's already gotten some practice turning that sling into an inadvertent fashion accessory: Days after her injury, she tweeted a photo of herself recovering on a hospital bed, her arm firmly secured by her side.

"Sporting a very fashionable sling for the next couple of weeks!" she posted on Twitter.

Understandably, Cannon was worried about his wife's health: During an appearance on the Today show Tuesday, he said that Carey's injuries were "pretty serious," noting that she had also "chipped her shoulder bone."

"She was in this nice, beautiful gown, heels on and everything, and was kind of on this platform and reached and slipped and fell on her whole side," he said, recounting the ordeal.

Glad to see she's finally on the mend.
