Behold as Alana Thompson, the fartin', Go-Go juice drinkin', showin'-my-belly-to-the-judges child beauty queen better known as Honey Boo Boo, emerges from a cloud of cheese puff dust, ready to reclaim the reality TV throne that so rightfully belongs to her.

That's right: Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is returning to a TV near you. And ahead of its July 17 premiere, TLC has released a clip from the upcoming season, where HBB and her family meet with some of their favorite wrestler ("rasslers").

"My secret wrestling move would be the Cup-a-Fart," the 7-year-old proudly explains. "You fart in your hand and throw it at your enemy's face." (She also tells the wrestlers, "Y'all can use it in the match to knock out people.")

Then Sugar Bear farts. Because this is Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and of course someone farts.

If the Cup-a-Fart sounds familiar, it's probably because it's the same move that Oscar-winning thespian Jennifer Lawrence endorses: "Oh, this is something my brothers did growing up that now the boys at work [her Catching Fire costars Josh Hutcherson and Sam Claflin] have picked up and are obsessed with," she (probably equally proudly) revealed to Entertainment Weekly.

"You cup [your fart] and then you throw it in someone's face and say ‘Take a bite out of that cheeseburger.'" (HBB, take note and add the cheeseburger line. Or maybe "Take a bit of that sketti.")

Last year, J.Law also revealed that she's a big fan of Honey Boo Boo. So much so that it caused a car accident: "I thought it was saying 'Boo Boo' and so I was like, 'Whoa, does that mean there's Honey Boo Boo?'" she recalled to Jay Leno about driving past a breast cancer awareness parade in Georgia.

"So I started craning my neck and I saw a little girl, and I was like, 'That's Honey Boo Boo!'" And then she rear-ended the car in front of her and had to explain to the family, "I'm sorry that I hit your family. I thought I saw Honey Boo Boo."

Maybe these two have more in common than we'll ever know...
