The handiwork of the 18-year-old singer's plastic surgeon was very much on display over the weekend as the gal stepped out with husband Doug Hutchison to attend a birthday bash in Hollywood.
Decked out in a fishnet-like dress, Stodden opted for a pair of pasties as opposed to a bra, leaving very little to the imagination. Although, we're guessing that was probably the point.
"I just love the way my shape looks," Stodden told E! News soon after going from a size C to a size D. "It adds more curves and it just makes me feel more sexy and more like a woman."
But she insisted Hutchison did not encourage the change.
"He was actually kind of against it at first, but is very supportive," Stodden said. "I don't think anybody should go under the knife for other people. I think you should do it for yourself."
Not surprising, this isn't the first time Stodden has flaunted her new figure.
A few nights earlier, the gal wore a little strapless black dress that could barely contain her new double-D cups.
And just last month, she slipped into a barely there, rainbow two-piece in West Hollywood as she made her way to the American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER) Victory Rally to celebrate the Supreme Court shooting down the Defense of Marriage Act.
And of course, we can't forget that trip to church.
