Chris Pratt Undergoes Physical Transformation, Shows Off Rock-Solid Bod

Actor cuts out beer and hits the gym to transform his body for upcoming role in sic-fi flick Guardians of the Galaxy

Step aside Matthew McConaughey and Jake Gyllenhaal, there's a new shirtless hunk in Hollywood.

Chris Pratt shared an Instagram pic over the weekend, proving he may currently have the hottest bod in town. 

The 34-year-old Parks and Recreation actor has upped his game, undergoing a physical transformation for his role in the upcoming sci-fi flick Guardians of the Galaxy.

Chris captioned the shirtless photo: "Six months no beer. #GOTG Kinda douchey to post this but my brother made me."

And this isn't the first time Chris has laid off the booze to bulk up. The actor also transformed his bod for his role as a member of Navy SEAL Team 6 in Zero Dark Thirty.

Pratt, who is married to Anna Farris, revealed back when he was preparing for the Osama Bin Laden assassination flick: "I worked out really hard and I cut out everything bad for me for a long time and I just focused on trying to become a believable Navy SEAL."

Now he's taking it intergalactic! This dude is serious when it comes to getting in to character and we're not complaining.
