It's official: '90s supermodels just get better with time!

Elle MacPherson is the latest to drive that point home. The 49-year-old poses topless on the August cover of Harper's Bazaar Australia, wearing only a pair of thigh-high black stockings and a few bracelets.

Next to the blond bombshell read the words: "Fabulous at Every Age." Indeed, Elle is just that. Especially considering the naked image is a near replica of her iconic Playboy cover from two decades prior.

While she may look ageless, the Australia beauty's upcoming birthday is, in fact, the big 5-0. Yet she says she's feels ready for the major milestone:

"No one tells you this, but I've recognized it as I've grown older and wiser: wellness, beauty, strength, good moods and stability require constant maintenance and constant tweaking," she shares inside the issue. "You have to constantly listen to your body. You can't sit there thinking, ‘All this used to work.' You're new and fresh and different every day. Resist it and it becomes really tedious. Embrace it and it's a constant renewing process—holistic, a total intelligence. It's about being present in your life."

That seems to be the current vibe of most of the major ‘90s models.

Take Christy Turlington who just landed Jason Wu's fall 2013 campaign. Or Kate Moss, who currently is the face of St. Tropez, Versace and Stuart Weitzman. Not too shabby for a gal turning 40 next year!

Fashion campaigns aside, Christie Brinkley and Brooke Shields have also showed they've still got it by recently recreating a goofy photo taken nearly 30 years prior.

Not to be left out, probably the biggest name of the supermodel bunch, Cindy Crawford (also 49), covered Net-a-Porter's online magazine last month looking exactly as she did at the peak of her career.

Cara Delevingne and Kate Upton better watch their backs, apparently these gals aren't ready to retire just yet!
