You celebrate an engagement. You celebrate a marriage. So why shouldn't you celebrate your divorce, too? Forget the sad chumps who get sad and depressing about their marriage ending. This is a time to be a-Twitter (get it?)! Hashtag YOLO!

NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders tweeted about his divorce from (now ex-)wife Pilar Sanders being finalized: "Thank God Thank God! This 2 year Drama filled divorce is over. Prenup stood, Custody of All kids, pay yo own fees! God is Faithful! Truth"

The "Truth" tagged on at the end there isn't the start of a sentence cut was short by the 140-character limit. It's how Deion signs all his tweets (and how he captions most of his Twitpics and seems to be his favorite hashtag. His Twitter feed is the equivalent of saying a word so much that it stops sounding like a real word. Truth, truth…tr-u-th?) It's also the name of the sports organization he created. That's called synergy.

He proceeded to also offer some dating advice for men, tweeting, "Men Listen closely! Don't choose a woman with your Flesh choose her with your Spirit & Heart. Yo flesh will Lie until yo flesh die. Truth"

And if that wasn't enough to celebrate/humiliate/whatever Deion's intentions were by live tweeting his divorce, he posted no less than three times (with various degrees of capitalization), "When you truly learn how to say Goodbye to certain things u will also learn how to say Hello to better things. Let go & Live baby! #TRUTH"

The couple wed in 1999 and their divorce was officially finalized Friday. According to The Dallas World News, the "Drama" is not over yet though, as Pilar allegedly has a separate court case against Sanders pending with claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, mental distress and more.

This could have been worse: While Deion's celebratory tweets may seem excessive, he doesn't actually puts Pilar on blast. He doesn't reveal any personal details about their divorce "Drama." He doesn't call her names (though saying he married her for reasons of the "Flesh" is not great). Etc. We've seen worse.

This could have also played out better: He has three children with this woman. If You don't have anything Nice to say, don't Say anything at all.
