Paris Jackson is going to make it through her difficult times.

So says her family.

"She's doing wonderful right now," her uncle Jackie Jackson told me tonight at the opening of Michael Jackson ONE, the new Cirque du Soleil show at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. "She's getting better. She should be out soon."

Paris has been hospitalized since June 5 after attempting suicide. The teenager was taken out of her Calabasas family home on a stretcher at approximately 1:30 a.m. that morning and taken to a nearby hospital via ambulance.

The police responded to the scene after receiving a phone call that someone had overdosed.

"We wish her a speedy recovery," her uncle Marlon Jackson said. "We love her. After all that she's gone through, losing a father—that's hard on a youngster. So she's staying strong."

Family matriarch Katherine Jackson was also at the show tonight, as were Paris' brothers Prince and Blanket and their guardian T.J. Jackson.

The family filled up a couple of rows of seats inside the theater. Prince sat with his girlfriend Remi Alfalah, a Kuwaiti princess he reportedly met at school.

Created and directed by celebrity choreographer Jamie King, the two-hour dance and acrobatic extravaganza's songs included "Dirty Diana," "I'll Be There," "Thriller," "Beat It" and "Bad." A hologram of Michael was the centerpiece in the fantastical "Man In the Mirror" routine.

The Jacksons stood up with the rest of the audience for the show's closing number to "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough," the King of Pop's first hit single from his 1979 album, Off the Wall.

Prince and many of his cousins danced at their seats.

The family was ushered out of the theater before the house lights came on at the end.

Marlon was confident that Michael was looking down at them tonight. "Michael's watching everything," he said. "He's on stage when we're performing. We feel his spirit on stage."

Everyone certainly felt that spirit tonight.
