Looks like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are still going strong.

The on-again couple was spotted arriving at a restaurant in Moscow Thursday where they were snapped holding hands while looking stunning as ever.

Depp is currently in Moscow to promote his upcoming Gore Verbinski-directed flick, The Lone Ranger, and he was busy doing the press rounds before heading off to the romantic dinner.

Depp rocked a patterned suit, teal shirt and blue shades, looking fashionable and casually cool as he strolled with his gorgeous GF behind him.

The 27-year-old beauty also looked fashion-forward, flaunting her enviable figure in a silk burgundy jumpsuit with her hair swept up in a soft bun.

The picture-perfect pair met on the set of The Rum Diary back in 2010 (Heard played Depp's love interest in the film), but they weren't romantically linked until Depp split with longtime partner Vanessa Paradis.

The notoriously private couple was most recently spotted enjoying a romantic dinner in Los Angeles, where they were joined by Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards.

And just one month earlier, they were snapped holding hands backstage at the Stones' surprise concert in Hollywood after splitting for a brief period of time.

Last year, Paradis opened up about her painful split from her partner of 14 years, with whom she has two children—14-year-old Lily-Rose and 11-year-old Jack.

"When you meet the love of your life, it's just obvious and natural and easier," she said. "You keep learning all the time. Sometimes you could be in an unhappy relationship; you are very much in love with someone, but it's making you unhappy."

However, the former couple insists their split was nothing but amicable, with Depp swiftly moving onto Heard after the longtime pair publicly announced their breakup.

The 50-year-old actor even bought Heard a horse while he was shooting The Lone Ranger and perfecting his own trailblazing skills.

Prior to Depp, Amber was linked to female photographer Tasya van Ree.

The Lone Ranger, which also stars Armie Hammer, hits theaters July 3.
