Watch: Is Joe Francis Going to Jail?

Joe Francis is firing back after he was recently convicted of assault and false imprisonment charges by an L.A. jury.

"I know everybody wants to hype up Joe Francis going to jail, but sorry everybody," the Girls Gone Wild founder tells E! News exclusively of the court case. "Sorry to disappoint you, that's not going to happen."

Francis opposes last month's verdict and denies the assault and false imprisonment charges, which stem from a January 2011 incident involving three women he met at a Hollywood club.

"The frustrating thing about that way I didn't do it!" he says. "Wealthy people don't kidnap people and bring them to a party with 30 people in Bel-Air...that case was black and white."

So how confident is Francis that he'll avoid jail time? Watch the video for yourself and find out.
