The actress, who played Topher Grace's floozy sister on That '70s Show, was arrested again last night, this time for DUI, E! News has learned.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. last night, California Highway Patrol responded to calls of a car blocking a lane on the Interstate 5 freeway near Burbank.
An officer approached the vehicle and encountered Kelly, who reportedly showed signs of alcohol use. After failing a sobriety test, the 43-year-old star was placed under arrest for allegedly driving while under the influence.
This is not the first time the sitcom star has found herself in hot water.
Kelly's most recent run-in with police was in April 2012, when she was arrested for domestic abuse. This is also the second DUI arrest for Kelly, who pleaded guilty to the same charge back in 2010.
