We're huge fans of this minty green color on both the short shorts and printed top, we're just not so sure it matches that pop of electric blue on Khloe's sky-high sandals.
Our recommendation: throw a bright blue bra under that see-through top to check off yet another 2013 trend: underwear as outterwear!
