UPDATE: Kate Middleton has given birth to a baby boy, the first child for the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William.

Carrying the future heir to the throne cannot be an easy feat, so it's no surprise Kate Middleton is serious about handling her pregnancy stress.

So how does the darling duchess cope with the pressure as her July 14 due date nears?

Turns out, the mama-to-be has a variety of relaxing activities up her royal sleeve.

British tabloids report Prince William's other half is considering hypnobirthing, which is said to decrease stress and pain during childbirth.

"Kate has researched various birthing methods," Grazia magazine reports. "She wants it to be natural, so hypnobirthing is one option that appealed, and she had been reading up on it and listening to CDs to get into the right frame of mind."

The magazine also reports the soon-to-be mom will use a birthing pool when the little one arrives, "Kate wants to do it her way and be relaxed," sources told Grazia.

But that's not all Kate's up to—she's also been swimming and doing yoga to keep herself calm and ready for the royal baby.

"She likes to swim in the Palace pool," royal correspondent Robert Jobson told Now magazine. "She gets there whenever she can for some private relaxation."

And now that the duchess is due any day, the mama-to-be has been preparing for the royal birth with private yoga sessions, the Daily Mail reports.

The stress-relieving workout method has helped the duchess deal with any anxiety over becoming a first-time parent, and the deep-breathing techniques she's practicing will help her cope with the pain during labor.

And apparently, all three tactics seem to be working:

"Kate's not at all stressed—she just has the usual worries of an expectant mother," Now magazine reports, insisting the mama-to-be is breezing through her final days.

Middleton is due to give birth at the Lindo Wing of London's St. Mary's Hospital. Will and Kate do not know the sex of their baby.

Once the royal baby is born, the announcement will be made public with a notice placed on the gates of Buckingham Palace.

Can't wait!
