CARE/AKM-GSISelena Gomez revealed her baby sister's name via Twitter today and thanked her fans for their ongoing support.
"Momma, Brian, and me are all so grateful for all your well wishes. My lil sissy Gracie Elliot Teefey was born on June 12th. Luv you all XO," she wrote.
Gomez was seen stopping by the Los Angeles hospital to see her mother, Mandy Cornett, and her new baby sister yesterday.
The "Come & Get It" singer was seen exiting a car in her comfy outfit of choice: sweatpants, a sweatshirt and Ugg boots.
Yesterday, pal Demi Lovato even took to Twitter to rejoice in the good news, saying, "@selenagomez IS A BIG SISTER!!!!!! Everyone congratulate her and her family!!!!!! #CONGRATSSELENA!!!!"
