Melissa Joan Hart has a confession that is sure to make her fellow ladies sigh, to say the least.
Swinging by Thursday night's Chelsea Lately to plug her forthcoming memoir, Melissa Explains It All, the Melissa & Joey star revealed to guest host Ross Mathews that she once had a makeout session with Ryan Reynolds when both were budding young stars and the latter wasn't quite the heartthrob that he is today.
Hart, now 37, talked about how the two were costarring in the Sabrina the Teenage Witch movie back in 1996 when, on the last day of shooting, Ryan attempted to sweep Melissa off her feet by presenting her with a luxury Beluga watch.
"He was 17 and I was, like, 19. I was like, 'You're too young for me," recalled Hart about the actor who would eventually go on to become People's Sexiest Man Alive in 2010. "So I stopped his car…and I wasn't sure; am I gonna get mad at him? I wasn't sure so I just grabbed him and started kissing him."
"You get a piece of jewelry like that, you gotta make out with the guy!" the actress added.
